  • Low-vibration emotions like fear, shame, and anger can feel heavy and draining.
  • High-vibration emotions like love, joy, and gratitude are expansive, energising, and restorative.
  • When we repress or ignore emotions, they can become stuck energy that shows up as stress, tension, or illness.

This week is about listening to emotional energy and beginning to map how emotions rise and fall through your day. With practice, you can learn to shift emotional states intentionally.
