Introduction: Understanding Emotional Weight

We often carry invisible emotional burdens from past experiences. These stored emotions can block our energy flow, affect our mood, and even manifest as physical tension or fatigue.

By acknowledging and gently releasing these emotional weights, we allow our system to return to coherence and flow. This week focuses on awareness and release — from mind to muscle, from heart to habit.

The Emotion Code™: Muscle Testing Method

The Emotion Code is a healing technique developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson. It uses muscle testing to identify and release trapped emotions stored in the body.

How to Muscle Test (Solo Sway Test)

  1. Stand relaxed with eyes closed.
  2. Ask a yes/no question aloud: e.g. “Do I have a trapped emotion I can release now?”
  3. Notice your body sway slightly forward (yes) or back (no).

Common Trapped Emotion Codes

  • 😟 Anxiety
  • 😔 Grief
  • 😡 Anger
  • 😢 Sadness
  • 💔 Heartache
  • 😩 Overwhelm

Once identified, take a deep breath, say: “I release this [emotion] with love and gratitude.” Then exhale with the intention of letting it go.
