A LITTLE SPACE FOR YOU

You can pause.
You can begin again.
You can be you.

Meditations, gentle exercises and emotional wellbeing resources, together in one place. Take what feels useful and explore at your own pace.

Find a moment of calm

This is a space for general wellbeing and learning, rather than a treatment service. Meditation is not helpful for everyone; choose a different activity or stop if something feels uncomfortable. You don’t have to push through.

02 / SMALL, EVERYDAY PRACTICES

No perfect routine.
Just somewhere to start.

Choose one thing that feels
manageable for you today.

A sensory pauseNotice what is around you

Sit or stand somewhere comfortable. Look around and notice three things you can see. Then notice three sounds, and three physical sensations such as your feet on the floor. You can stop at any point.

A gentle breathing practiceLet your breathing find its pace

Find a supported position. Let your breath move gently, without forcing a deeper breath or holding it. If comfortable, breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. You can count slowly as you breathe, or leave out the counting.

A reflection promptPut one thought on paper

If writing feels useful, write down what is taking up space in your mind. Ask: “What is within my control today?” Choose one manageable next step, or someone you could ask for support. This is an optional reflection, with no right answer.

A Get Quantum reflection prompt.

An everyday check-inMake room for a small pause

Ask yourself: “What do I need a little more of today?” It might be rest, company, a practical plan or a conversation. Choose one small action that feels possible, rather than trying to change everything at once.

03 / MAKING SENSE OF HOW YOU FEEL

Understanding starts
with a little kindness.

04 / YOU CAN ASK FOR SUPPORT

You don’t have to
work it all out alone.

If difficult feelings persist or affect everyday life, consider speaking with a GP or a qualified mental health professional. These learning resources can sit alongside support; they do not replace it.
